WebDoor will take care of transportation from production to the delivery address given in the Order Form.
Shipments are normally delivered after 2-3 working days from order for spare parts, and 6-7 working days for sliding door operators.
The trucks are equipped for site off-loading without assistance.
It is important that someone is present on arrival to accept the shipment, control the number of collies and sign the transport document (CMR).
If nobody is present on arrival, the goods will not be delivered, and you may be charged if the driver has to return at a later time.
When accepting the shipment it is also important to make a visual check for possible transport damages. If damages
are found, please make a note on the transport document (CMR) and proceed as shown under “Transport Damages and Missing Parts” below.
When stored on site, the goods must be protected from rain and snow.
Size limitations
Although WebDoor only charges one freight charge per order, there is a limitation in size. For shipments that contain products over 2 meters in length, a higher freight charge will be used. The freight charges may differ per country. To find out the shipping cost for your market, please contact us.
